Obituary
Valerie Meunier, PhD, 84, of Bridgeport passed away peacefully on April 27, 2023. She was born in Bridgeport on May 23, 1938 to the late Hawley and Eva Dabbs Meunier.
Valerie attended St. Ann School in Bridgeport, Lauralton Hall, Albertus Magnus College and Ultimately earned her PhD from The University of Rhode Island. She was a dedicated teacher in the Science Department at Notre Dame High School in Fairfield.
Valerie was a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt.
Friends and family may visit on Monday May 8 from 4-7PM at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Rd, Fairfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption, 545 Stratfield Rd, Fairfield. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, Derby.
