Irene Dorothy Lesinsky Mailloux, 103, was finally reunited with the love of her life on July 31, 2022. A devoted wife to her beloved husband of 41 years, J. Wilfred “Bill” Armand Mailloux. Bill passed in 1979, and Irene spent the last 43 years talking about how much she was looking forward to seeing him in heaven.

Irene died peacefully in her sleep at St. Joseph’s Manor in Trumbull soon after suffering a stroke. She was pre-deceased by her son, Gerald W. Mailloux and daughter Judith Mailloux Reichardt and grandson Joseph G. Mailloux. She was survived by daughter Joan C. Trout and was a beloved grandmother of nine and thirteen great-grand children.
