Vincent Battaglia, age 66, of Easton, the beloved husband of Donna Battaglia, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 unexpectedly and peacefully in his vacation home in Vermont. Born In Bridgeport, Connecticut on May 18, 1959 to Carolyn Jones and Philip Battaglia, he was a graduate of Joel Barlow High School in Redding and attended Central Connecticut State University and received a bachelor’s of science degree in Mechanical Engineering and was a member of the PKE fraternity. He took over running the family business, BML Tool and Mfg in Monroe. Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Donna, his sons Anthony and Philip, daughter in-law, Brittany and grandson, Michael James, his parents, his sister, Virginia Berry, nephew, James, sister in law, Debbie Zukowski, niece, Andrea and mother in law, Marie Tiberio.
He loved the outdoors and traveled near and far for shooting, hunting, fishing, archery and pleasure. He was a member of The Campfire Club of America and Fairfield County Fish and Game. He was an Eagle Scout and a lifetime member of the Easton volunteer fire company. He served as a Police commissioner for the town of Easton. He was a member of the Explorers Club in New York.
Services will be held on Saturday November 1, 2025 at Spear Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield CT. The family will greet people from 2:00-6:00pm
