Lola "Nicki" Crosley

July 12, 1938 – June 1, 2026

Lola Crosley, a longtime resident of Fairfield, Connecticut, passed away on Monday, surrounded by the love of her family as she entered God's kingdom. Born in Annapolis, Maryland, Lola lived a life devoted to her family and those she loved.

Lola was predeceased by her husband, Albert Crosley, and her longtime partner, Tony Ciaccia. She is survived by her three children: her daughter, Dona Szor of Shelton; her son, Ken Ludvinsky and his wife, Tracey, of Southbury; and her son, Craig Crosley and his wife, Elena, of Fairfield.

Lola was a proud grandmother to six grandchildren: Cody Ludvinsky and his husband, Panat Cherdchu, of Stamford; Taylor Vlamis and her husband, Jimmy, of Oxford; and Christopher, Peter, Nicholas, and Lia Crosley, all of Fairfield. She was also blessed with a great-granddaughter, Eliana Vlamis, who brought her tremendous joy. In addition, she is survived by her nephew, James Blouin, of Annapolis, Maryland. Lola also loved her extended family, including Wayne Ciaccia and his wife, Cindy, of Southbury, as well as their children and grandchildren.

Lola served the Town of Fairfield as a secretary in the Fire Marshal's Office. Above all, however, she cherished her family. She took great pride in watching her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter grow and build lives of their own. Her sharp sense of humor and gift for storytelling made every gathering a little more memorable. She will be remembered for her strength, warmth, sense of humor, and the love she shared with those around her.

Lola's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in the many memories they shared.

May she rest in peace.

Friends and family may come to pay their respects on Thursday, June 11th from 4 – 7 pm at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield CT. All other services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lola’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital
