Joan Deaky

Joan Deaky, 86, of Fairfield, beloved wife of Robert L. Deaky, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2026. She was born on February 17, 1940 to the late Dominick and Olga (Kocsany) Esposito.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years Robert; her two daughters: Grace Cullen and her husband David, and Donna Kerma and her husband Ken; her grandchildren: Pandora, Alyssa, Nicholas, Stephanie, and Jessica; a few great grand children, and many other family and friends. Joan was predeceased by her parents, Dominik and Olga, and her son Robert Deaky.

Friends and family may come to pay their respects on April 27th from 10-11am at the Spear-Miller Funeral Home, 39 South Benson Road, Fairfield CT. A graveside service will take place at Mt. Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Ave, Bridgeport, CT. Everyone is welcome to join the family for lunch at Lt. Owen Fish, 1443 Stratfield Road, Fairfield CT.
