Gary Kopsco

Gary Kopsco of Fairfield, CT, age 75, died suddenly on April 15, 2025. He is survived by his brother, Kenneth C. Kopsco, Newtown, CT and nephews, Peter W. Kopsco, Montpelier, VT and David C. Kopsco, Pennington, NJ, and special friend, Michelle Huot, Montreal, Canada.

Gary was predeceased by his father, Cornell E. Kopsco and mother, Ann (Rascan, Kopsco) Horton, all Fairfield residents.

Gary was a life long Fairfield resident and graduated from Roger Ludlow H. S. in 1967. Together with his business partner, Ray Barry, they founded Yankee Electric Construction Company in 1975 where he was active his entire life. Gary enjoyed riding his motorcycles with his friends, Bobby McLevy, Bill Marden and others. Gary, with his friend Bob Johnstone, enjoyed boating on Long Island Sound and was a member of Fayerweather Yacht Club, Bridgeport.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday May 17 at 11:30 AM at First Church Congregational,148 Beach Rd. Fairfield.
